Ingredients
2 Heinen's Turkey Goat Cheese Burgers
Bonne Maman Apricot Preserves
Heinen's Baby Arugula
Red onions (thinly sliced)
Heinen's Kaiser Rolls
Olive oil
Directions
  1. Prepare a skillet on medium-high heat to get it hot, then add a splash of olive oil and cook burgers to your liking. We just don’t want them to stick if the pan isn’t hot enough!
  2. Lower the temperature once it’s cooked on the first side (for a minute).
  3. These burgers will cook fast and burn if left on high.
  4. Once patties are cooked to your liking, assemble burgers in the following order: bottom bun, a handful of arugula, patty, apricot preserves, red onion slices, and top bun.
